This is in gratitude and acceptance for Kate’s invitation for a daily journal entry on my relationship to vulnerability. Today I came to the realization that there is a profound difference in the way that I choose to engage in my own life and accept or decline invitations that come my way. I can either put on a show, or I can show up.

So I’ll be here each day in March, and I will show up. My exploration into vulnerability is about my voice, sharing an embodied voice, articulating what moves me. My exploration into vulnerability is about reaching out to you, my friends, through my words, because I need help. I need help in growing a new relationship with my voice as I discover a new agency in the world and new intimacy in my life.
